My comments on tutoring Government : I am currently in US Government in my senior year I received an A for the first quarter and a B+ for the second quarter.

I am currently a senior at Sherando High School in Stephens City, VA. I have always been and A and B student. I currently have a 3.5 GPA and received a 1300 on my SATs. I love to help others out in any way possible. I love to meet new people and help them achieve in school so they can a have promising future! I have taken Honors World History I and II, I have taken College Prep English 11 and am currently in College Prep English 12. I am in my high school’s Marching band and Symphonic band; I play the clarinet and bass clarinet, and have been in band for 7 years. Not every method works for every child; with one exception, patience. I demonstrate and exemplify patience. If a child feels as though they are in an atmosphere where they are safe, free of ridicule and bias, then they are willing to perform. This process can be a give take scenario however. So, some flexibility is required as well, but eventually the student will become more comfortable with themselves and confident in what they are capable of.

While in high school, I was a certified adult literacy tutor. Since I've had children, I have been an active volunteer in their classes - preschool through elementary school. I hold a BS from PSU in Finance with a minor in Economics. I earned my MBA while working full time in less than 2 years.
