I know that all people are going to learn differently and that I have to determine how a particular person learns. As an Education Director at a Boys & Girls Club, I taught in the non-traditional sense, through after school literature-enhancing programming of various kinds. I instructed K-12 students, and even parents and staff, on many different levels of achievement and ability, so I am very acquainted with diverse populations and accomodating their educational needs through creative tools and approaches.
