I tutored one of the students in my High School in his Algebra class. During the course of the tutoring, his grades on his test progressively increased. His final grade in his class was a "B." While attending college, I applied to become a Peer Tutor at Capital University. I was offered a position as part of the tutoring staff, and over the course of the two years in which I worked as a Peer Tutor, I helped a lot of Undergraduate students in all of the courses that I felt the most comfortable in, including Business Calculus, Calculus for the Biological Sciences, Geometry, Trigonometry, etc. I had many regular students during the course of the two years in which I worked as a tutor. A Little Bit About Me...

Throughout college I volunteered to educate school age children about egg/chick development in schools around Columbus. My first job out of college was to educate children and adults in high need areas about food science and nutrition. I then worked at a few different food science jobs while taking classes part time toward a masters in education and volunteering to tutor adults.
