I graduated from Penn State as a music major (piano) and immediately pursued a career in Music Therapy. Whatever it is a student wishes to accomplish, I am there to guide a path, whether it be strengthening particular techniques, learning a favorite song, understanding music theory, or simply learning how to play a new instrument. Experience teaching piano, math, Chinese quiz bowl to k-12

Experience teaching piano, math, Chinese quiz bowl to k-12 levels. I taught piano to a few young children, developing basic skills to young kids as well as working through complete pieces. I volunteered to tutor math to students at a college prep program, pre-algebra. Additionally I have experiencing coaching high achieving students in an academic competition called Quizbowl, including a middle school student who won the NAQT National Middle School championship.
