I am a CPA!!! I have worked in the Finance and Accounting field for 15 years. I have lots of experience with financial statements, audits, taxes, bookkeeping, reviewing securties and working in the banking world. My degree was in Finance, but I was required extra hours of Accounting inorder to sit for the CPA exam. I also have my insurance license and worked for an insurance company for 3 years.

I love teaching all grades and levels. The most important aspect of teaching is to know your student. Each individual learns in different ways, some are tactile learners, some are visual, and some are auditory learners. Incorporating all aspects into my teaching style assists the retention of the material. It also has to be relatable to the student, so we have to use relevant examples that they understand. All children can learn any subject if you can spark their interest. There is no better feeling than seeing the light turn on and the sense of accomplishment in a child's eyes.
I have completed all courses for my Associates Degree and was a trainer at my previous position. When in high school, I was a college preparatory student and graduated with a high school Diploma as well as 12 Advanced Placement courses and completed my International Baccalaureate diploma.

I took courses in Science, Math, Chemistry, Psychology and Health before I transferred to Brigham Young University-Idaho to pursue Horticulture. BYU-I has one of the top Horticulture programs in the country (as recognized by PLANET). I competed for BYU-I as one of the front most students in 2 years of PLANET competitions. A Little Bit About Me...

As a Math Educator, I have achieved a BA and M.Ed in Math Curriculum. This two titles let me to work in 6 different school in wich I had devoloped a high standar curriculum in each area of the Math field. My last experince in the classroom was with a drop out students program in wich I helped giving that second opportunity to students that in some cases no one believe in; to graduate fron high school.
