During my 35-year of teaching, I spent 30 years teaching everything from Alg. 1, Geometry, Alg. 2, Trig., Statistics. I was also a math department chair for 5+ years. In that capacity I wrote curriculum for local and county districts. I also lead my department and county in choosing texts. I worked on committees at the county level in training teachers. After my retirement, I realized that I missed teaching and working with young people and helping them prepare for ACT tests and classroom assignments. I am "on-fire" for teaching. I have alot of enthusiasm for educating and I bring that to my teaching style.
