ADD/ADHD is one of my top subjects!

My teaching style adjusts to student need, however, it leans more towards visual-colorful and tactile when possible. With use of various visual tools and resources and applying the student learning style learning is possible. Everyone learns different so teaching has to vary as well to work together and succeed.
Over 25 years of teaching experience in both junior high and high school courses. I enjoy the challenges of trying to help students understand the material but also learn how the student learns. This accomplishment allows student to accommodate their teachers teaching style and be able to work together at a balanced medium. Our goal is to learn and learn to adjust to others. 26 year in teaching. 10 at middle school level an 14 at high school level. Special Education certified and have experience with learners that struggle with subjects. Very patient and will work to ensure student success. Overall goal of the tutoring is to make students comfortable with the subject matter to let them see they can be successful and that it takes practice to get better at what you struggle in.
