I helped them with precalculus, triginometry, algebra, calculus, multiveriable calculus, linear algebra. I studied 2 years at SMC and transfered to CSULA. Keep it simple!

My very down to earth way of explaining mathematics makes everything clear and concise. I have tutored students who went from hating mathematics courses to performing very well in exams. Calculus I is one of my top subjects! I enjoy teaching this subject of math.

My name is Eduard Frelikh. I'm math and physics teacher. I do private tutoring for 11 last years. Last 2 years I do it mostly in SpringLight teaching Center (Cupertino). I do classes for conceptual physics, AP physics I, physics C, SAT, physics BOWL, USAPho F=ma contest. I am a big believer in explaining concepts repeatedly until a student understands so I have a lot of patience. You need to with math. I remember how it was learning all those concepts for the first time. I try to use steps as much as possible so my students always feel like they have a way to get to their destination from any point in a problem. Beyond that there's not to much to say. I'm a firm believer that a person does not truly understand a concept until they have practiced doing problems over and over.

My comments on tutoring Calculus I : Math Minor

I was a valedictorian in my high school, moved on to Fresno State on a full scholarship as a member of the Smittcamp Family Honors College. I obtained two degrees magna cum laude, one in Physics and the other in Philosophy, as well as a minor in Math. Here I tutored all levels of Calculus to college students under Fresno State's Math department for two semesters. During this time I did a variety of Physics research and obtained one journal publication. I also volunteered as a tutor in the community as an undergraduate.
