Writing is one of my top subjects!

I am 18 years old, and the oldest child of 7 kids. I was homeschooled K-12, and am always helping my younger siblings with their daily schoolwork. I'm very patient and laid-back, and I have different ways of explaining something if the student doesn't understand. I was an infant and toddler assistant at a local daycare for 6 months, where I helped prepare and teach daily & weekly lessons to the children.

I am currently a high school senior, I have made good grades in all of my classes, my GPA is 3.0. I tutor my brother and some of his friends, I take concurrent college classes and am enrolled in my 2nd year of Indian Capitol Technology Center. A Little Bit About Me...

Deep in the heart of Texas, I earned my English degree at a small college. I was only 21 years old and intimidated by the classroom, so instead of teaching, I entered the workforce. Now I am attending the English Graduate School at OSU, and am excited about teaching students on an individual basis. For the past 13 years I have volunteered at my children’s small school as a piano, music and art history teacher. Most recently, I have been substitute teaching at Bristow Middle School.
