As a progressivist teacher, I believe that school-based education must continually evolve to fit the needs and interests of its learners. My classroom provides a welcoming and challenging student-centered environment where active learning, the implementation of technology, and real life tasks are essential. I advocate an open-door policy as well as cross-curriculum collaboration between staff. As an individual, I am often described as perceptive, patient, diligent, and optimistic.
I am a highly qualified Foreign Language instructor with over seven years experience teaching French, English as a Foreign Language, Latin, and Beginner Spanish.
