My style of teaching was geared to the individuality of each child and his learning abilities. I feel that each child must learn at his own pace and it is my place to deal with this. I think that the teacher must motivate the child to want to learn and to discover the innate ability within each child. My teaching style centers around the idea that every kid learns differently. Some understand pictures better some words. As a college student, I was convinced early that I would become a doctor or scientific researcher.
