I am well aware that most of my students will not pursue the hard sciences as a career in academia or industry but I believe that everyone has the ability to grasp scientific concepts that will be relevant in their chosen fields. For this reason I approach every course I teach as an opportunity to help students demystify the myth that science is difficult. As a graduate of a small, liberal arts, women's college, I have grown a strong passion for tutoring and helping others.
