A Little Bit About Me...

As a high honor student at LeMoyne College I have earned a bachelor's degree in Arts and Science. I majored in Psychology and Minored in Elementary Education. I am certified k-6 in Elementary Education. I earned my Masters Degree in Special Education at LeMoyne College as well. I am certified for grades k-12 in the are of Special Education.
I love teaching and working with all children. I firmly believe that all children learn differently. I took high school and college seriously. After college I worked for several years before attending law school. After law school I decided to combine my legal experience with hands-on medical skills, and I enrolled in a Registered Nurse program at SUNY Delhi, which I will complete next May. This summer is a lull before completing my education and embarking on a medical administration career.
I believe effective learning can occur in a 1-on-1 tutoring situation when the tutor and the student can communicate well. Tone, mood, and setting all come into play.
