I believe that you cannot do everything for the student. You have to find their learning style and then develop upon that to be able to open the door to learning of the subjects. There is no such thing as a good teacher with out a learning student.

Since graduating from Colorado State University I have substituted in multiple age groups and for a variety of course work areas.
