Accounting Tutor

I worked at the Texas Tech TECHniques Center for 3.5 years. I tutored multiple students each semester in all of their classes. I recently graduated from the 150 hr accounting program at Texas Tech University and I am now studying to take the CPA exam. Accounting is one of my top subjects! I have taught and tutored college level basic accounting and have worked with some intermediate level students as well.

Teaching style varies by student and by subject, and even varies according to my level of skill in the subject matter. I have been told that I make things that are confusing or hard to understand easy, and I love that 'I see' look in a student's eyes.
As a student I was always helping my friends and brothers with their school work, especially math. While in graduate school working on my Masters degree I tutored for the athletic department and even tutored some of my classmates who were college professors working on their PhD's. I have been a college teacher for more than 5 years and started doing private tutoring over 2 years ago.
