I was employed as a tutor for Kent State University's main campus for a year during the 2012-13 school year. While I was available for a large variety of subjects, I primarily tutored Kent State students in math courses. I only had to leave the position because I was moving out of the area. I also tutored GED scholars in multiple subjects at the Ohio Literacy Resource Center in Kent, OH.

Positive Experienced Tutor

I am the mother of 3 children, two with college degrees and one currently in college. Prior to having children, I was a Systems Analyst for Servistar Corporation, and returned as a consultant for them for three years betweent my first and second children.

I have had intensive study at Case Western Reserve, mostly in chemistry (general chemistry, organic chemistry, analytical chemistry and physical chemistry), but I know many other subjects and I am proficient in them. I am an upcoming May 2006 graduate from Allegheny College, majoring in English. Given my background at a small, liberal arts college and being a former biochemistry major, I have a great understanding of language arts, math and science.
