My teaching style is tailored to each individual student's personality, etc. In May of 2010, I graduated with my B.S. Degree in Psychology and Sociology from Louisiana State University. In December 2012, I graduated from Nicholls State University with my M.A. Degree in Psychological Counseling. I was a substitute teacher at Ascension of Our Lord School for one year and taught all grade levels. While pursuing my undergraduate degree, I was the caregiver to an ADD/ADHD for one year. In addition, during my Master's Degree Internship, I provided counseling services to individuals, families, and groups of all ages, including special education children.

I am a firm believer that anyone can do anything with the right positive guidance. When I am teaching, my goal is to ensure student learning but also to make it fun and a memorable experience for the students. I have gone above and beyond to make sure my students are getting the best education that they deserve. I am a calm and nurturing teacher. I make it a relaxing, stress free atmosphere because I don't feel there is any need to make learning stressful and unenjoyable. My goal is to make the students feel comfortable and respect them so they can respect me. Currently I teach 3rd grade in Pensacola, Florida. Prior to teaching full time, I worked as an in-home tutor locally. I enjoy each and every day with my students. It is my goal to assure that the students I work with are successful. I take pride in my job and want the best for my students. In addition, I enjoy building positive relationships with my students/clients. As your tutor I will do everything I can to help you/your child reach your(or) his/her goal.
