I have taught for 15 years. I began as a Preschool teacher and did that for four years. I also taught a a Charter School for at risk teens in NJ. I went overseas and taught in South Korea for four and half years, and am currently teaching in schools all over Northern Grafton County as the Education Coordinator for the Support center. I am a very dedicated teacher with a great deal of patience.
I love working with and teaching children of all ages. I believe that children learn in a variety of ways and that if you give them time you will find their way so to individualize their learning so they will succeed. I believe all children deserve quality education and that knowledge is power!

As a TFA teacher, I have undergone intensive training that focuses on backwards planning and results based accountability. My Bachelor’s Degree is in Education, as I worked as a Special Educator for five years before going back to school for my Master's in Social Work. I have gained a successful amount of knowledge in child development, psychology, behavioral intervention, special needs, and substance abuse.
