In Florida, I worked as first, a preschool teacher, and then was given the opportunity to teach at the high school level as a Language Arts instructor. I taught both regular and honors courses for the 9th and 10th grade levels. We moved to Colorado in June and since that time, I have been teaching as a substitute for Douglas, Cherry Creek, and Jefferson Counties and am also an adjunct professor in English, teaching the Composition courses. I have intensive background in language arts, literature, and writing, and my strength is teaching writing, as well.
Becoming a teacher has been the greatest achievement of my life. I am not only able to teach my own students, but I learn along with them on a daily basis.
