Coaching and mentoring has always been the cornerstone of my professional career as well as my academic pursuits. My professional experience includes Chief Operating Officer of a large LLC and a Bank President. I received my B.A. from the University of Phoenix in Criminal Justice Administration. Following, I was immediately accepted into a PhD program at Arizona State University. As a PhD student I study all facets of psychology within; and pertaining to, organizations. A Little Bit About Me...

While earning my bachelor's degree, I worked in several tutoring programs assisting students with reading comprehension and writing composition skills. I taught grammar to small groups, read one-on-one with third graders and assisted junior high school students with their homework assignments. Though my degree is in fine art, I began my undergraduate career as an English major. In high school I took both AP English exams and I went on an honors trip to England to study British literature. Also as a high school senior I took sixth place at the state speech tournament with an oratory that I wrote.
