I graduated from syracuse university in violin performance. I been playing with symphony orchestras in the upstate area, such as Syracuse Symphony, Binghamton Philharmonic, Utica Symphony, Tri-cities Opera. As well I been performing in NY city ,with musicians from many nationalities, that is giving me the opportunity to practice my language skill's in spanish, english and french. I have as well a private studio in my home, where I had the opportunity to work with many students from the area.
I like to teach any level of students, I had in my studio, helped kid's with their school repertoire requirements, as well with their personal school musical projects. As well I had the opportunity to attend many of my students school's, and help with their orchestras, meet their teachers, and create amazing musical experiences. I have extensive experience working with children grades prekindergarten to eleven. I taught universal prekindergarten, kindergarten and fifth grade, as well as teaching a social action course to students in grades ten and eleven. I have tutored students in grades kindergarten through tenth grade for the past 5 years. I have tutored students in math, reading, social studies, writing and study skills. I have a B.S. in Elementary Education and a M.S. in Reading and Literacy. I am a New York State certified elementary and early childhood education teacher.
I love teaching and helping children to succeed. I believe that it is important for children to develop a life long love of learning.
