My comments on tutoring English : I have taught English in grades 7-12 and on the university level.

I have taught for 12 years in both a private and public school in Greenville, SC. I am currently teaching at Anderson University but in the classroom and on-line. In grades 7-12 I have taught English literature and writing as well as drama courses. At Anderson University I teach English 101, 102, and 205.
Student centered instruction is the approach I use in my instruction. That means that the student's needs and learning style direct the way the information will be delivered and activities that will guide the learning. Students learn best by doing, so I only lecture for small amounts of time.

Patient tutor with a passion to teach

I have had a love of science and education since I was young, My favorite being Biology I took Biology AP in High school and scored a 5, Went on to college to continue to study biology and other natural science,I work very well with children, The important thing is making studying fun and interesting which I believe I do very well, im currently completing my degree and USC upstate.
I try to make whatever material being studied appealing and interesting, pictures and examples of the wonders of science are what captivated me, so I try to do the same when I teach.
