A Little Bit About Me...

I have worked almost continuously at Wichita Collegiate School over the last 8-9 years. During high school I worked in the Early Childhood after-school program and summer programs. Since graduating from Colorado State University I have substituted in multiple age groups and for a variety of course work areas. In addition, I have received an Associates Degree in Elementary Education and am working towards a Teaching License. I completed an unpaid internship at the YMCA of the Ozarks, Camp Lakewood in Missouri. I have worked with a multitude of students in a wide variety of subjects. I feel confidant that I can help students in a wide variety of educational subjects.

I am going to school right now for a Associate Degree in Applied Science getting my General Studies completed. I will be transferring to WSU next year for a bachelor degree. Throughout my general studies I have focused on Sociology, Psychology, Business English. During the past 2 years I have had the opportunity to study with younger family members needing a tutor in the areas of Art, reading, math.
