My teahing style is to include each student in the process of learning. I do this by getting to know their strengths and weaknesses. My students are aware of their individual responsibility and I develop their desire for success by encouraging them to seek out this knowledge. I use a variety of hands-on lessons that makes understanding a concept or a skill easier due to the knowledge they already possess. I like to teach using different strategies and methods, because I know all the students in the classroom are not going to learn the same way. I feel it is best to fully understand my content and standards. Then create lessons to teach the students in a way they will learn the material best for them. I teach using various methods: hands-on, kinesthetic, real life learning, music, incorporating other contents and likes, while still creating a routine for structure.
