Drama is one of my top subjects! I have been both in plays and worked as the stage crew. I have also directed numerous productions in an after school program.

-Over 2.5 years in Before and After school Program where we helped students with school work and put on plays during the summer. -About a year as a Teachers aid working almost exclusively with Students in Math. -I have worked with children ranging from 3 years old to twelve years old. -I spent 9 years working with students in many different areas.
Some children just need a new way of looking at something to understand it. Children might also need just little more time to understand something that schools just don't have the time to give. I am patient, caring and I can think outside the box if a student needs a new way to look at a problem.

I have found that no matter how much anyone person would like to teach, no one can force someone to learn. With that in mind, if I remember to approach each student as an individual with his or her own abilities, concerns, and goals, I will have a more successful result as an educator.
