My experience in the computer field is focuses on daily computer use, troubleshooting software, hardware and networking components involved in a computer system. With the computer trade comes seven years of personal and self taught experience in laearning how to fast type using the ten finger key method. Worked for a C.A.D distributor for over a year in the warehouse and doing repairs and upgrades. Microsoft sent a copy of windows XP before it was released to the public to help set up that operating system to work with different hardware profiles. My background in Atmospheric Sciences gives me a good base in science and math. I feel my skills will allow me to tutor with both science and math classes, including Calculus I and II classes. I have spent over a year at Project for Pride for Learning in Minneapolis tutoring low income people on basic and moderate computer skills and job searching advice when I was an volunteer there from May 2008 to July 2009.

I have been teaching for over twenty years, primarily Middle School Language Arts.
