I have earned a bachelor degree (BS) in Chemical Engineering, and an associated in Biology. I was also a Chemistry major at Kennesaw State University before I transfered to Georgia Tech. My love of science and math which has enabled me to gain an understanding in many areas, but to also share this love of math and science with the students I tutored. In addition, I have learned extensive grammatical skills due to writing research papers and laboratory reports, along with essays in many various areas of study. Teaching has been my last career change. My prior experience has been in the field of manufacturing, maintenance engineering services and construction management. This diversified background was instrumental in equipping me to acquire a technology education certificate in three states (NY, OH, NJ) I am equipped to tutor elementary students in math, the physical sciences and language arts. I am also certified to teach students in technology and special education.
My teaching style is customized to each student's needs. Because all students have different learning styles my instructions are patterned to maximize that student's particular style.
