As a student and teacher of history, I have had the pleasure of working both in the classroom and in large, nationally recognized museum education departments. As an historian of a variety of subjects, I have extensive experience in research, working with primary and secondary sources and materials, project presentations in various formats, and writing and editing essays, magazine articles, and research papers, marketing materials. My best contribution has always been coupled with my crossover between practical, "real-world", skills and academics. I am a recent graduate of Fordham University, where I majored in Film Studies and minored in Visual Arts. During my time there I honed my skills in painting, graphic design, filmmaking and writing (both creative and academic). Recently I worked with the Tribeca Film Institute on the Tribeca Teaches program, coordinating the in class production of seven short documentaries made by middle and high school students in the South Bronx and Brooklyn that premiered at the Tribeca Film Festival.
