I am fun, a bit sarcastic, easy-going, I use humor in the classroom and I pick my battles. I expect the kids to show me respect and I respect them in return! I am very enthusiastic when they succeed and try to make myself available to help them when they are not doing well in the class. I know that a student's ability to excel in any subject is closely linked with the enthusiasm they have for the teacher.
