A Little Bit About Me...

I achieved my M.Ed. from American Intercontinental University where I held a 4.0 GPA. The classroom and hands-on experience gave me the knowledge and experience needed to face the demands of educators today. During the last four years, I worked mostly with adult learners, but a few high school students. I worked mostly in corporate training and development, but the high school students afforded me the opportunity to tutor in research, reading comprehension and composition. I have helped adult learners refine their sills in executive level composition for email, public speaking and reporting.
While I like students to know that I am an expert in my subject field, I also want them to take the opportunity to learn critical thinking skills. Every student also can learn differently, whether it be by incorporating more or less visual learning strategies, auditory learning strategies, or using more of the "hands on" approach.
