My comments on tutoring English : I am a certified K-8 elementary teacher and have taught for 8 years. I have my Master's Degree in Reading. I have my Reading Specialist and my English as a Second Language certifications. Thus, I have extensive work teaching students the various aspects of English.

As a teacher and tutor, I love helping children learn, grow, and succeed. As your child's tutor, I will help them learn by creating a personalized plan based off their needs. We will work together to support your child's learning.

I am direct. I like to help the student find what is inside of them and write it. I am compassionate and challenging. There is an inner writer in all of us and I like to guide and help the student discover their true abilitiy effortlessly.
I began my college journey as an English major. I decided to switch to Elementary Education to be able to reach future writers before they lost the love for it. I have worked with all ages from toddlers to seniors in high school. I have been published in world wide devotional for women along with a world wide magazine. I have taught writing in schools to children who were struggling as well. Writing is who I am. My passion has been there since I first learned how to write in Kindergarten.
