I have been in the teaching field for 2 years now and I love it. Although I've taught during VBS and other church functions, I have been in the Gadsden County School District for 2 years. For example, some people may learn through discussion, while others may need to see pictures or presentations of the subject matter. I like to identify how the person learns first through questions, or by testing them with a simple task first to identify the method which seems to work best for them.
