I have completed a minor in Spanish at Colorado Mesa University. I have taken Spanish courses in Spain and Peru. I have been studying Spanish since I was in the seventh grade and have completed a minor in Spanish at Colorado Mesa University (24 credit hours). I have also taken classes in Spain and Peru. This gave me experience in different varieties of Spanish. I began tutoring in the sixth grade. We did not have honor courses where I attended, so older students tutored younger students. In college I tutored many subjects to earn money for my tuition. After graduating, I worked in two different school systems as a remedial teacher. I even designed a new remedial reading and spelling program for the one school. From 1991-1998, I worked at a Christian elementary school, where I was a librarian, bookkeeper, and substitute teacher.
