I love teaching children and helping them to achieve their academic goals. I am very organized and detail oriented and use those skills to organize and priortize the student's needs and specific way to achieve them. I help them set their own goals. I use a variety of curriculum and begin at the level they are at presently. I use a variety of visual aids and materials. I find what works best for the individual student, which involves getting to know the student and making a personal connection with him/her. I am kind,compassionate, easy going and determined as I work with each child. Most of all, I really care about their educational and personal well-being, and I work very hard to help them.I consider it a team effort.

I graduated from Morehead State University with a BS in Chemistry and a Geology minor in 1996. I used this degree to obtain work in my field, and outside of my field for the past 14 years.
