A Little Bit About Me...

I graduated high school in 2008. I then attended West Ga Tech., for over a year. I majored in technical communications and took numerous computer classes. I love computers and Math. Those are my two favorite subjects but I am pretty well rounded, there's not much I can't do. I'm very self motivated and enjoy helping people better themselves. I work full time right now as a staffing agent, helping people get jobs. I'm only 22 recently out of college so most of the school subjects are still fresh in my memory.

Classroom teacher turned homeschool mom. I get it!

I have been a classroom teacher for 11 years. During that time I have taught preschool age children as well as kindergarten and upper elementary students. In addition to classroom experience, I also have experience as a private tutor where I assisted elementary age students reach their full potential. I am a stay at home of a toddler. I am currently getting my associates degree in veterinary technology. I moved to Anniston about a year ago. Before I moved I tutored my brother since kindergarden. He is now in 7th grade. I graduated from Florence High School with an advanced diploma with a B average. I have a passion for science. This also fosters my love for math and English. I have had a lot of experience in several Georgia school systems. I have taught, student taught, and substituted. I have done long term substituting a couple times. I have tutored several students. I studied education at Columbus State University. I have experience in elementary, middle, and high school. I have the most experience at the elementary and middle school levels though.
