A Little Bit About Me...

I am graduating from Texas Tech University in August with a B.A. in psychology. I do very well in tutoring math, especially cal, because I struggled with the subject at first, it didn't come natural, and thus I am able to break it down into understandable levels. My specialty, however, is to develop curriculum and courses that meet the needs of students. I have created courses in a multitude of areas. Some highlights are: Drexel Prep: When I was a graduate student in electrical engineering at Drexel University, I found out that the minority enrollment was less than one tenth of one percent of Drexel. I joined a group of professors and volunteer students that developed projects for an after school engineering program. I also created a Saturday basketball program. The result of the programs helped result in a dramatic increase in minority enrollment.
