In the past I had a long-term job in which I was required to interact with young children, and I did so willingly. A Little Bit About Me...

I use a variety of teaching styles while instructing students. Alternating between styles helps to keep minds engaged and participation at a maximum. When covering content I use many examples that relate to real life, that way students can relate it to something they have experienced or seen. I also like performing small-scale experiments and labs. I will use power point presentations as well as the overhead for drawings, notes, and discussion. Understanding the fact that children learn differently is crucial. The teacher must be able to adapt to the child's learning style.
