Learning never ceases; so, why should you?

My teaching style is a mixture of strict and lenient. I try to form a connection with students and apply that to my teaching method (i.e. incorporating a similar hobby in a question in order for the student to understand the material better). I expect my students to give me and the other students respect- never speaking while others are speaking, no disruptions, ect. This method of teaching has shown effective and a fun learning environment. I base my curriculum around the importance of reading. Reading is the easiest and most effective way of obtaining knowledge and using it in the world.
I have had the honor of working with many kids in regards to a variety of fields. My experiences taught me responsibility, patience, the importance of learning and education, and much more. Education should be fun and challenging, allowing children to have something to strive towards, rather than settle. The key is to finding the tools that will allow you to reach the goal of academic excellence.
