Collaborative & Fun Teacher

I worked in the financial sector for 10 years and have a Master's Degree in Economics and Finance. American History is one of my top subjects! I have a BA in History from Princeton University and will be enrolling in Washington University's History Ph.D. program in the fall. I like to nurture my students without enabling them. I tend to ask my students pointed questions about the subject at hand to inspire critical thinking and push them to arrive at their own interpretation of the correct answer. I feel that this best prepares them for college-level work.
