A Little Bit About Me...

As a Mechanical Engineering student I have learned a broad amount of knowledge from physics, math, to technical writing. My math and physic levels are high enough for very complex technical problems. I have spent a large amount of time giving presentations, & writing technical papers. This has honed my grammatical & literary skills. Furthermore, I volunteered as a church representative for 2 yrs, speaking spanish to natives of mexico & teaching them my church's beliefs. This gave me experience in verbal communication & interaction with various types of people with various learning abilities. I also have experience in tutoring. A Little Bit About Me...

I taught elementary Art, P.E., and library class. In addition, I taught a 12th grade Transitions course, for a year in Port-au-Prince, Haiti. I frequently helped kids with their homework after school, as needed. I volunteered as a 3rd grade Sunday School teacher for a year. I have a bachelor's and master's degree in Social Work.
I am a student-oriented teacher and am willing to do all I can to make learning approaches applicable to each child’s needs.
