I plan to be a english teacher in the coming years after completing my MAT and poetry will be at the fore front of my curriculum. Not only is it a powerful tool of personal visualization using techniques like alliteration to personification it is a powerful tool of expression. With a semi-confined space people often pack a good deal of emotion into each stanza and choose every word carefully.
