I have earned my Bachelor's degree in Family and Consumer Sciences with an emphasis in Elementary Education. During my undergraduate studies, I was a substitute teacher for Delaware Community Schools in Muncie, IN. I have also tutored at Huntington Learning Center. I am currently working towards earning my Master's in Early Childhood Education. I truly love the field of education. I recognize that all students learn in different ways. While at Kent I earned a Bachelor's Degree in Exercise Science, and a minor in English with extensive course work in business. My earliest classroom experiences while studying at Kent State were with Kindergarten and 1st Grade classes, and I have substituted in classrooms all the way up through high school.
