As a "late in life" graduate of Fordham University, I received permanent Teaching Certification and continued to teach in a public school district for 5 years. I was then offered an amazing opportunity to bring a non-profit pre-school and daycare back to fruition which I accomplished in under a year. For that reason, I ask a lot of questions to ensure that a student is not just learning by rote, but understands a topic within its larger context.
