My comments on tutoring ADD/ADHD : I have been caring for children of various of age group for 23 years and still caring for.

Experience working with children of all ages, CPR/First Aid Certified, Responsible for planning, scheduling, tutoring, assisting parents, principles, teachers and other staff members. Jefferson County Public School District" Champion for Children" outstanding award certificate tutoring program. Leadership & Responsibility award certificate, and most valuable tutor certificate. Preschool Teacher for 5 years and school age children for over 10 years.
My goals for each session is to keep the students challenged, but not over whelmed. I assist the students with a step by step spelling,and vocabulary lessons, this would help the students work hard on pronouncing difficult words and comprehend what they have read. I assign reading homework after every lessons to check their progress of their reading.

Teaching is my passion. I love working with students and to watch them grow and learn. All students deserve an exceptional education and they should be taught to their own learning style. A Little Bit About Me...

As a communication disorders major I have acquired an understand and love for working with children. During my internship I was able to work one-on-one with children who have language disabilities. It was through this internship that I learned what a reward it can be to help others, and to see them flourish intellectually.
I have always believed that each child is truly unique. I However do not believe that all education and forms of it, should be uniform. Working with children with special needs has allowed me to be able to get to know the student and adjust the curriculum so that the child will be able to benefit the most from!
