This was accomplished by active communication combined with advanced product knowledge dealing with a range of clients from various ages and backgrounds. After assessing the individual's current knowledge of a particular subject matter, a review of the topic's basic rules would follow. The next procedure would involve passage reading and comprehension followed by implementation by putting "pen to paper".
