Throughout my teaching career I have had the opportunity to teach a diverse group of students from K-12 in a core subject areas. I taught kindergarten for three years. I have also taught math and reading in an online classroom. Currently I substitute teach in all subject areas. I believe all these experiences have helped make me a dedicated, flexible, and nurturing educator. I am a patient teacher not rushing the students to complete the task so we can quickly move onto the next skill. I would rather take the time and know the student is comfortable with a concept before adding new information.
