I have enjoyed learning since the day that I remember a light turning on for me. I struggled as a student until one day something clicked when sitting with my tutor. From that moment forward I began tutoring from my undergraduate years all the way up through my graduate program in as many subjects as time would allow. I believe that most children (and young adults), being inquisitive in nature, need to know “why”, not just “what”, “who”, or whatever else is important to learn. “Why” makes things make sense, and allows connections to be made to related concepts.
