I believe the best way for students to learn is by doing and discovering the material hands on as oppose to being lectured to. I like to instruct demonstrate the learning material to my students intially, but after that i prefer to have my students try the material themselves so they can see and understand what aspects of the material they dont understand. The hardest thing about teaching is determining how the individual student learns. I have found that all people learn differently so it is best to understand this process to make the teaching more effective. I like to challenge the individuals I tutor.
