I began teaching in 2001 in Caddo Parish. I have taught Pre-K, Kindergarten, First Grade and Second Grade. I have also tutored kindergarten-4th grade students in my home for 10 years. I take their weaknesses and I make them their strengths using such method as SQ3R, ANTICIPATORY SETS, FOUR-SQUARE-WRITING, CRITICAL THINKING,AND POSITIVE FEEDBACK. Since students learn differently at a variety of levels, I haqve several activities ande strqategies to use with all types of learners levels. As a vetern educator, I know that hard work, endurance, and determination are the keys to reaching any goal.
