As a social worker, it is my nature to observe 'the prospective student' on a psychosocial level which enables me to prepare and teach in an affective manner, tailored to meet individual needs. I prefer to 'coach' rather than 'teach'. It is customary for me to utilize emotional and mental support, which, I believe is the catalyst for a student to become successful.
